Inhouse direction in market research

The trend in marketing in recent years (in the broad sense) is the formation of inhouse teams within businesses, i.e. the movement away from the services of agencies (research, advertising, event, etc.) and the transfer of this work inside, into the body of the company. We will not dwell on the pros for business, but simply accept the fact that there is a trend, and we have to move on with it. In market research this means that a product manager, a brand manager, a marketer get a task to organize research without using external contractors or agencies. As in any business, this requires experience, possession of certain skills and some expertise. Accordingly, at least at the beginning you may need the help of a research company.
