The awareness and perception study required capturing responses from 150 pharmacists and 150 primary care physicians in a compressed period of time. Mix Research not only accomplished the task (including the management of quotas by city) but kept us thoroughly informed on the status of the work throughout the project. This level of transparency provided a high level of confidence that their internal oversight and control of the process was sound and that they were capable of delivering the project on deadline and within budget. The data received from Mix Research was complete. Insights learned from this project will be highly useful to our pharmaceutical client.
